Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase from FUFA. 

If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept an exchange or return of an unworn item under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for Full Price items with original proof of purchase from our FUFA online store (except for certain products such as Swimsuits & Face masks, which cannot be returned or exchanged..Read further about this policy below)
  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received (unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached)
  • Items purchased during a promotion where a discount code is provided can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, and the amount paid will be the same amount deducted. 
  • Any items purchased during any Sale fall under the same policy as items purchased during normal times. 

We recommend that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe. This does not mean to keep the courier waiting, so we strongly request to pay the courier upon delivery, and in case you wish to return or exchange the item bought, you follow the steps provided below. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by our team. FUFA will not be held responsible if a return shipment is gone missing.

RETURNS POLICY FOR CERTAIN PRODUCTS

Swimwear

For hygiene purposes we are unable to accept returns of any swimwear bottoms or one pieces unless you have received a faulty piece or incorrect size. They must however remain unworn with all hygiene stickers in place. This is a very strict company rule and we advise all new customers to try our swimsuits in store first. 

Face Masks

For hygiene purposes we are unable to accept returns of any face masks unless you have received a faulty piece. They must however remain unworn with all tags in place.

 

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

We’re here to make your returns and exchanges as easy as possible!
To start the process, simply email us at heythere@shopfufa.com and one of our customer support team members will be happy to assist you.

You can choose one of two return methods:

In-store Drop-off
Bring your item to one of our stores. Please coordinate with our support team beforehand so we can provide you with your sales order number and ensure a smooth and quick refund at the branch.

Courier Pick-up
Prefer to stay in? We can arrange a courier to pick up your item (please note, delivery fees will apply).

Important Information:

If you paid in cash, returns must be completed at one of our branches to receive your refund.

If you paid by card, the refund will be processed back to the same card once the returned item reaches our office.

For International Orders: 

For our international customers, if you wish to return your order, please email us at heythere@shopfufa.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Our team will guide you on where to send your return.

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it based on our return conditions. After that, you can choose either:

A refund to your original method of payment (minus any shipping charges), or

A store credit for the full original amount — whichever you prefer!

Returns are usually processed within 3 business days after we receive the item. Please note that depending on your local bank, it might take a bit longer for the refund to appear in your account.
We’ll send you an email notification as soon as your refund has been processed.

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it if stock is available or refund the cost as long as you have notified us upon arrival that the piece is damaged. 

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. 

We reserve the right to deny refund of the garment returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.

While FUFA seeks to offer a customer-friendly returns policy, please note that habitual returns are closely monitored. Excessive returns by the same individual will be flagged and potentially refused at FUFA’s discretion.

 

RETURNS POLICY FOR PURCHASES IN OUR RETAIL BOUTIQUE AND PARTNER STORES

We offer exchange or a store/online voucher for returns within 14 days of purchase. Of course, if an item has been torn during the course of your first wear, we would be more than happy to repair it or if needed exchange it for you. However, we do reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been torn due to any course of action which has nothing to do with the manufacturing of it, especially that we offer extremely high quality products. This also applies to online orders. Kindly note that no returns or exchanges can be accepted on any items purchased during a sale. 

Exchange Policy (Within 14 Days)

Our exchange policy is the same as our refund policy and is valid within 14 days of purchase.

We offer two exchange methods:

  1. In-Store Exchange

  • You can exchange your item at any of our branches.
  • Please email us first to receive your Sales Order Code, which must be presented at the store.
  1. Courier Exchange

  • You may exchange items via courier.
  • Please note: Courier costs are charged twice, as the courier service treats this as two separate shipments (pickup and delivery).
