All our beautiful pieces are produced, processed and shipped out from Cairo, Egypt. 

We offer Local Express Shipping for orders within Egypt & Worldwide Express Shipping for our international customers.

Same Day Delivery Policy

Same Day Delivery is a new shipping option for all of you last-minute or super excited shoppers!

All you need to do is place the order before 2pm (only applicable from Sunday to Thursday), pick the Same Day Delivery option that applies to your area at checkout and the rest is our job. 

Kindly ensure that the contact number and address added to your order are both accessible all day as a courier will call to arrange the delivery.

This delivery option is only available for orders in Cairo. Customers cannot reschedule. Customers may not try the items upon delivery while courier waits for payment, as the courier only delivers and cannot take returns/exchanges.

Same Day Delivery is not applicable on national holidays or the weekend. 

Processing Time 

All orders will be delivered between 10am – 6pm Saturday to Thursday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to collect the delivery. Also, kindly note that the courier is only responsible for delivering the order and cannot wait for customers to try things on. We would appreciate all customers to pay upon delivery. 

In case of any changes or updates to your shipping address, please DM us on Instagram at @shopfufa or simply fill in the form below. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change or update the shipping address.

Whilst we strive to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery time from our courier service. It happens that in some unfortunate times there may be delays which are beyond our control, so we appreciate your understanding and patience while we sort out the dilemma as soon as possible. 

Kindly note that during busy summer periods or after a collection launch processing may take a little longer. You will be notified of any shipping delay by email.

Rates are determined by the weight of your order, which will be calculated for you at checkout.

Parcels that weigh: (Subject to be calculated at checkout based on country of delivery & weight)

Up to 500g are charged at a flat fee between of $10 - $30

Up to 1Kg are charged at a flat fee between $12 - $40

Up to 1.5Kg are charged at a flat fee between $14 - $50

Up to 2Kg are charged at a flat fee between $16 - $60

Processing Time 

It is with great regret that as a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic some orders are delayed due to flight disruptions, cancellations and/or government restrictions. 

All orders are sent via Aramex Worldwide Express and include accessible tracking.

The estimated delivery time for orders is 5-14 business days, however, some countries may take longer. 

A daytime delivery address and valid mobile number must be provided on all international orders since all parcels require a signature on delivery. 

Currency, Taxes & Duties

International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay the requested fees upon delivery which are not included in the product(s) price. Unfortunately, FUFA has no control when it comes to processing times or duty rates accorded by Customs in your relevant country.

Changes to your order

Kindly note, that FUFA is unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address, phone number and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
