Position: E-commerce & Growth Coordinator

Location: Zamalek (Optional Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time

FUFA is looking for an E-commerce & Growth Coordinator to oversee the daily management, performance, and growth of our online store and customer shopping experience.

This role is focused on ensuring the website remains accurate, operationally aligned, commercially effective, and continuously optimized to support online sales growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and passionate about creating a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management & Product Handling
• Manage and update the website daily
• Upload and organize products, collections, homepage sections, and banners
• Create product names and descriptions and ensure accurate product information including pricing, descriptions, images, sizing, tagging, and categorization.
• Maintain website visual alignment with current campaigns, launches, and collections• Ensure all website content is clean, updated, and conversion-focused

Campaign & Promotion Coordination
• Coordinate website launches, campaigns, promotions, bundles, and special offers
• Ensure all promotional pricing and website messaging are correctly implemented
• Align website readiness with marketing campaigns and media buying schedules
• Monitor products running on advertisements and coordinate stock readiness accordingly

Stock Accuracy & Odoo Coordination
• Ensure all website stock availability is validated against Odoo before any action is taken
• Monitor stock discrepancies and proactively flag issues affecting customer experience or online sales
• Double-check any out-of-stock items on Odoo before updating availability online
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure website stock accuracy at all times

Daily Stock Communication
• Send daily stock update emails (latest by end of morning) to Warehouse and Operations teams regarding confirmed unavailable items
• Include:
– List of unavailable products
– Required stock checks
– Restock recommendations or follow-up actions
• Ensure stock preparation and allocation remain proactive and aligned throughout the week

Weekly Warehouse Alignment
• Send weekly focus lists to the warehouse team highlighting:
– Products currently running on ads
– Priority products requiring stock preparation and allocation
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure campaign products are properly prepared for fulfillment

Customer Experience & Operations Coordination
• Handle and follow up on customer-related issues reported by the warehouse/fulfillment team
• Take ownership of escalations related to website orders or customer experience when needed
• Coordinate directly with relevant departments to ensure timely issue resolution
• Act as the main communication point between the website and warehouse teams regarding online order concerns

Website Performance & Optimization
• Monitor online sales performance and customer behavior
• Track:
Best-selling products
– Slow-moving products
– Conversion opportunities
• Identify opportunities to improve:
User experience
– Product discoverability
– Conversion performance
Website responsiveness and navigation
• Regularly identify and resolve:
Broken links
– Incorrect product information
– Missing visuals
– Poor website flows

Upselling Analysis & Insights
• Regularly review and maintain the Upselling tracking sheet
• Analyze:
– Best-performing upsell products
– Customer rejection reasons
– Effective upselling approaches
• Use insights to improve:
– Product presentation
– Website customer journey
– Basket size and conversion opportunities

Cross-Team Coordination
• Work closely with:
– Marketing team
– Media buyers
– Warehouse team
– Operations team
– Creative team
• Ensure alignment between campaigns, stock availability, website readiness, and customer experience

Requirements:
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Commercial awareness and understanding of online customer behavior
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fashion, retail, or e-commerce experience is a plus
