The Intention of this Intimate Retreat is to co-create a Safe Space where Egyptian Women can come to Exhale, Slow Down, Connect with sisters and most importantly Connect with their inner ṭāqah.
This retreat includes Yoga, Dance, Meditation, Breathwork, Somatics to traverse through emotion and experiences stored in the body - Release, Create space & Call In.

Your Host Mimi El Ashiry is passionate about Creating Safe Spaces for Women to Disconnect from the busy world & Re-Connect to their inner power & most of all - their dreams.
Our Retreats are intimate- intentionally. As Mimi wishes to connect with, and learn from her Egyptian Sisters… she strives to nurture & listen to each attendee understanding their needs, desires and edges.
Mimi will create a journey over the 4 days allowing Women to Share and Express Themselves Creatively. Through Somatic Practices and Journal Work. Across all modalities she hopes to Inspire Small but Powerful New Habits, Equipping Women simple, easeful tools they can take home to :
